General
What should I do if a pipe bursts?
Shut off the main water valve, turn off the water heater if water is near it, and call a plumber. Move valuables away from the water if you can do so safely.
Tank or tankless water heater?
Tank heaters cost less up front; tankless units take up less space and heat on demand. The best choice depends on your household’s hot water use and your home’s gas or electric setup.
How do I know if I have a hidden leak?
Signs include a higher water bill, the water meter moving when nothing is running, damp spots, mold or the sound of running water. We can track it down.
Do you work on gas lines?
Yes. We handle gas line work, including fuel lines for standby generators.
When is a repipe worth it?
Repeated leaks, low water pressure, discolored water or aging pipe materials are common reasons. We’ll inspect and explain the options.
